Along with Women’s History Month, 百家乐软件 celebrated all the women within our company and in our industry throughout Women in Construction Week, March 7th – 13th. According to The National Association of Women in Construction (NAWIC) women make-up just about 10% of the construction industry’s workforce. 百家乐软件 strives to increase the ratio by providing opportunities for women on and off the jobsite.
To kick-off the week we looked back at our recently completed YWCA Central Massachusetts project which was led by an all-woman team. Having an all-woman led project team brought new perspectives while aligning with the client’s mission of empowering women.
